When will I receive my watch ?
Complimentary Free Expedited Shipping will be made for all orders placed in the U.S.A. Please allow 1-2 Business days for processing. You will be alerted via email when your VIANI Time Piece is on the way. Please check your email regularly for updated shipping information. Please double check spam folder if Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation is not received after order purchase.
Is there a Warranty ?
Each VIANI Time Piece comes with a 2 year manufacturer warranty with proof of purchase receipt from an Authorized VIANI retailer. This warranty does not cover wear and tear or aging of your watch due to normal usage. Examples include but are not limited to: scratches to the case, strap or buckle, any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal / abusive use, lack of care, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, violent impacts, rough handling). How accurate is the time on this watch ?
Each VIANI Time Piece is within +/- 0.65 seconds per month when worn on wrist. In comparison, a Rolex Day Date is within +/- 2.0 seconds per day.
My watch stopped ticking, what should I do ?
A stopped watch indicates a fully discharged solar cell. We recommend exposing your VIANI Timepiece to direct sunlight for up to 6 hours to re-ignite the solar cell. Amount of time to reignite a fully discharged timepiece varies dependent on level of lumens directed towards the dial face. Direct sunlight towards the dial face is required and vastly efficient in restarting the solar cell vs indoor or indirect windowsill lighting.
How should I clean my watch ?
Utilize the microfiber cloth dispensed in the watch packaging. Avoid rubbing the watch crystal with coarse fibers such as your shirt or napkin. For a deeper clean, submerge the watch in lukewarm soapy water and pat dry with a microfiber cloth. Avoid alcohol wipes or harsh cleaning ingredients in order to avoid the degradation of the watch finish. If submerging your VIANI Time Piece in salt water, please rinse with fresh water to avoid salt and mineral deposits.
Can I go swimming my watch ?
Yes, your watch is water resistant up to 5ATM, this means that the watch can withstand the pressure of water 50 meters deep (164 feet). It is okay to wear your VIANI Time Piece while swimming for brief periods, in the shower or in the rain. However, we advise against wear during water sports such as scuba diving - as the atmospheric pressure may affect the internal components. Please ensure that the crown is screwed in completely before submersing your watch under water. Avoid extreme temperature conditions such as a hot tub or a sauna.
